Pros
The training experience was excellent. Having a trainer who is well-respected by the employees made a significant difference. Although the first District Manager was not present due to a job transition, the new District Manager was very optimistic, bright, and engaging. I wish him the best in his future endeavors.
Cons
I was promised a store with a clean back room; however, upon arrival, the back room was completely full with a large number of small boxes, and the sales floor was not welcoming for customers. The employees were very unwelcoming and believed they were the ones keeping the store afloat, but with the store continuing to lose money, the situation appeared to be a lost cause. The only exception was the stocking associate, who was welcoming and a very kind individual. I ultimately decided to resign due to the excessive work hours, as during my final week I worked six days totaling over 70 hours.
