Expectations, as with any retailer, are do more with less. Payroll is always restricted and most days you feel like you need at least one more person. Reviews are based strictly on numbers meaning if you don't hit the goals, you get absolutely nothing for a raise. And if you want to transfer to a store closer to home, you better hope your past review was acceptable.
