Good pay as long as you negotiate when starting. After that the growth may be slow and depend on how much your boss is willing to fight/promote you. Easy to look good because a lot of people are not efficient and efficiency is not rewarded. Good health benefits Bosses are generally understanding of remote work (but this is very boss/group dependent)

Cons

-bad vacation time policy (start with 3 weeks then gain a 4th after 10 years)
