The pay and benefits were excellent. Benefits started the first day, 401k match is decent.

Cons

You are micromanaged so much that it’s smothering. They critique every single detail of your call. You feel like someone is always over your shoulder. It is difficult to get approved for PTO. Your life is supposed to revolve around dominion in case of outrages, storms, blizzards, hurricanes, etc. They WILL expect you to endanger your wellbeing and come to work and stay as long as needed.
