      Great pay for an entry-level position, roughly 9-to-5 work schedule with weekends off, flexible work hours available, pleasant and helpful employees, meaningful work, ability to tour Dominion facilities (e.g. power plants) for free

      Cons

      No guarantee that you will be hired full-time after internship, not many college-age employees to interact with (18-22 yrs), free tours of Dominion facilities tend to fill up quickly
