      Unlimited hours, if you're into that. 401k, credit union

      Cons

      Underpaid if in Alexandria Office. They want to change environment, but wont pay to play. The work is hard, but rewarding. Get a job in Alexandria, Va if you do not want to be able to buy a house near work. Company will bring apprentice in soon as a lineman leaves, they are not worried about your living conditions, or your drive.

      Excellent to work with and very loyal co-workers who some have been with them for many years and they are also kind to the retirees

      Cons

      Consistent spring cleaning of contractors-short term then brings them back after they let them ( contractors) go-some without any notice whatsoever
