      Pros

      Good working environment with people who work together to make things happen. Free to express opinions and concerns. Flexible scheduling options can be negotiated for various (but not all) jobs. Reviews and raises are typically based on the individual, not a blanket across the board for all.

      Cons

      Pace can get frantic during outages and when critical issues arise. Work-Life balance can be issue in many positions.

      Pros

      There were a few really great people that worked there. I still have a couple of good friendships from that place.

      Cons

      Back-stabbing ladder climbers. Beware the Energy Trading Warehouse - one mistake and you'll be a scapegoat. Outdated technology. What year is it, 1977? Too many old fogies that simply can't hack the new technology and think they own the place.
