      Good benefits Good place to work for some one who doesn't have any aspirations to grow

      Cons

      There is no established criteria for promotions. Roles are not clearly defined - Employees with same titles do different things in different IT projects There is a lot of talk on Diversity but, you hardly find any minorities in higher paying jobs. Innovation is not encouraged in IT. No one is sent for any kind of training. Performance Development Plans are a joke.

      Good company. They are trying to keep good young employees.

      Cons

      Depending on who you work for the expectation is that you wont dare to leave if your older and cater to the young person threatening to leave.

      $, benifits, freedom to do as you please, free trips to vendors, ability to design cool stuff, get outdoors, not micromanaged

      Cons

      too many chiefs and not enough indians. everybody wants to be your boss or tell you how TH EY did something.
