      Overall it was a great place to grow and gain professional experience as an intern

      Pros

      They pay extremely well and for the most part, most management is very quite sharp. All of them may not be the best leaders, but they are atleast very sharp.

      Cons

      The primary downside is that there were numerous people who seemed to be there, making great salaries, that were incompetent.

      Good benefits Good place to work for some one who doesn't have any aspirations to grow

      Cons

      There is no established criteria for promotions. Roles are not clearly defined - Employees with same titles do different things in different IT projects There is a lot of talk on Diversity but, you hardly find any minorities in higher paying jobs. Innovation is not encouraged in IT. No one is sent for any kind of training. Performance Development Plans are a joke.
