      Good pay, benefits, and experience.

      Cons

      Dominion is unethical with its regard to energy resources and how they are obtained. Dominion leaves a lot to be desired with regard to progressive employee practices. Diversity, safety, and work/life balance are given nods but leave a lot to be desired.

      $, benifits, freedom to do as you please, free trips to vendors, ability to design cool stuff, get outdoors, not micromanaged

      Cons

      too many chiefs and not enough indians. everybody wants to be your boss or tell you how TH EY did something.

      Extremely accepting when you begin your employment. Everyone is willing to help and teach you necessary information for personal growth and growth in career. Good mentors as well.

      Cons

      You do a little bit of everything. There isnt one exact job you are assigned to, however that helps you learn to multitask.
