Dental - After a few years in the company, depending on the type of plan and deductible you choose, it can be of the utmost help. It does take a little bit of time to know what they cover and you will need to sit down to find the covered medical procedures etc. Managed by Blue Cross Blue Shield -Phone app that helps you track all of your medical bills/ spending.

Cons

It can take a while to read or look for the specific coverage you need if its not something simple.

you feel part of a bigger whole good ERGs and people are happy to be there and want to stick around

Cons

such a large company its easy for lack of communication between groups which is widened even more (for cybersecurity reasons). No bottom up reviews so there are still some leaders who dont care for their workers.
