Hello there and thank you for highlighting a number of the pros about working at Dominion Energy including our compensation and benefit plans! However I am sorry to see that during your tenure with us you felt your fellow employees were condescending and rude. I will say one of the best things we have going for us, is our employees and the overall positive environment many of groups have established. I understand that is not always the case and no one is perfect every day. but many of our reviews rank fellow colleagues as one of the best things about Dominion Energy. Our leadership has also taken a number of efforts to implement things highlighted in our employee surveys, including new benefit options, more transparency around decision making, and more work place flexibility. Is there more to work on? Of course! And we look to reviews like these to see what might be missing, but without a location or job title I am not able to share your review with the relevant leadership. Good afternoon and thank you for sharing your expereince! Really appreciate your lengthy tenure with Dominion Energy at our nuclear facility in CT. Our Health Physics Technician employees play a massive role in keeping all employees on site safe, so huge shout out there! As for the staffing concerns you mentioned, our talent acquisition and recruiting teams are hard at work to fill a number of new roles at the station.
