      Pros

      Like a government job (job security & office politics) just with much higher pay and an annual bonus

      Cons

      Health care benefits are costly. Older white males were discriminated against for promotions. If experience was not from Dominion it did not count. Want military hires to make the numbers look good but after getting in the door you may not go as far and as fast as you did in the military.
