Pros

- Energetic workplace - Professional - Safe space - Competitive compensation - Reasonable expectations and hours - Plenty of fun work events and added benefits - Bonus structure - Transparency between management levels - No ceiling to what can be accomplished

Cons

- Transitioning workspace - Didn't adequately prepare me with job logistics - Little formal training for new hires - Radio silence for months between accepting the position and starting date - Difficulty getting up to speed when not hired from an internal position - Outdated maternity policy and NO paternity policy

Cons

- You will work - a lot. 12 hour days are not uncommon - Office locations are not great
