Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We’re sorry you felt that you were not supported. Our senior leadership team is committed to hearing from and supporting employees across the company. As we’ve grown it’s become more challenging for leaders to visit as many properties and offices as they would like. This is one reason we added monthly Company Update video calls where employees can directly ask questions of our leaders, and why we also have an Open Door policy, ethics policy and hotline and several other channels for raising issues or concerns.

You can't get fired because that can't afford to loss what people they have.

Cons

The pay is bad, starting at $15 an hour and work your way to $ 20 after 5 years maybe.

Pros

Fast paced work environment with lots of room for growth. Always others willing to train on new tasks and friendly coworkers. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Busy season can be long hours with the trade off of being able to flex more time off in the other 10 months of the year without using PTO.
