      Pros

      Pay is pretty good. Training is great.

      Cons

      Corporate expects a high standard but regional managers do not uphold those standards. You are treated with disrespect and asked to do things against company standards. If you resist they find bogus reasons to let you go. Very predujiced.

      Working weekends, even though I realize it is essential for certain properties.
