      Pros

      Great entrepreneurial culture. The financial strength of the company is a huge benefit as well. Excellent place to learn and grow as a professional. They are making conscious effort to improve the company's diversity and is at the cutting edge of its industry.

      Cons

      It comes with the typical pains of being such a large company, especially for the business it is in. It's undergone many changes since Covid, and is in the early stages of increasing the division of labor of the entire affordable housing process, which is moving away from the way they grew the high-class talent that made them successful in the first place. For as entrepreneurial of a culture it has, it feels like there can be a lot of rigidity in decision making when it comes to standard practices, which at times results in lost opportunities.
