      Pros

      Good company to work with. Provides you the opportunity to learn & grow. Work schedule is not hectic,. Vacation days are standard & bonus structure is good.

      Pros

      Leadership goes the extra mile to provide positive feedback. Plus leadership is experienced and able to provide valuable guidance. I am on a great team and genuinely enjoy working with everyone that I get to work with throughout the company. There is no drama or politics on my team. The environment is fun and approachable yet professional. I was able to complete a thorough training course recently related to my job function + the housing industry. I also have improved work life balance since starting at Dominium. Excellent experience so far!
