Pros

Nothing that is worthy of noting.

Cons

Everything about them. Their company values are not actually used to guide the company. They are just words to help them feel better about themselves. For example, they claim to value growing people, however, when people make mistakes they are let go instead of mentored and developed. The environment in the office is that of high school. The politics and popularity contests are exactly the same. Working there is like working with a bunch of people who are actively holding on to their high school days, and this is from the top level all the way to the bottom. There is absolutely no form of management. Just people with those titles. All department managers are horribly unequipped to manage anything, let alone people. Their management strategy is simply tell people what to do in as little detail as possible, refuse to take any advice on the process or product, and then take out any problems on the lowest person on the totem poll. It is a company that fails to understand the issues with their company are generated at the top levels of the company, and instead they churn through people they blame for the mistakes instead. I would imagine this mentality is born from the copious amounts of alcohol they consume and try to pressure you into consuming. This is a place that sees peer pressure as a tool to assimilate you into what they want you to be, they have no regard for who you want to be. Do yourself a favor and just find somewhere else to work, this place just it isn't worth it.

Pros

Have the capability to send floating employees to another office location.

Cons

Very difficult to work at a place where your experience and input does not matter. With all businesses, numbers matter, but when numbers mattered more than any other factor, it is disheartening. They do not take care of all their properties (market rate vs tax credit) the same and will blame local management for corporate failed decisions.
