My recruitment and interview process began before COVID shutdowns but was well managed through virtual meetings over the next few weeks. Onboarding during the pandemic has been bumpy, but everyone has made the best of the novel circumstances.

They do not properly train you and then fire you because you sent doing a good enough job. They raised rent 3 months after everyone got laid off yet they cater to low income housing whos resident were hit the hardest. The property I was at was full of mold but they didn't want to do anything about it. No AC all summer and our maintenence wouldn't do anything about it. No fridge so I had to spend money every day to eat out. People moved out because they lost their jobs and it was hard getting qualified people to move in. I brought the property from 89% occupied to 92% occupied in 2 weeks then they let me go.
