If you report a hostile environment to HR, they will retaliate. I reported a member of upper management that has been creating a hostile environment for a while, and now that person has posted my job on glass door, indeed, LinkedIn, and the dominium website. I have not put in a 2 week notice to vacate. I have not been notified by management that they are trying to replace me either. I found out through a resident who had seen the job posting.
