I loved my job until I saw what kind of people are in charge. Once that true color comes out tho..........watch your back

Cons

rude regional mangers, they hire young girls as community managers who can not do the job and hire all their friends to work with them, the manager and her friends that work with her ALL keep their kids at the property EVERY DAY after school, the manager allowed her kids to come to work with her and would lay them in the office floor to play /sleep, human resources is useless.
