Dominium recognizes their employees work. They do not criticize your mistakes, they assist you on correcting them with many helpful tips, webinars and resources to reference. They compensate each employee as they should. Many bonuses, fun but competitive contest. Superiors are all so welcoming and willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. They treat everyone of their employees like Family.

Cons

Don't have that many properties in Austin,TX.
