Pros

You get to work at home a day a week. Benefits aren’t bad and you get to work independently.

Cons

The office can be unfriendly. Most people don’t say hi to each other. The Accounting department has a very clicky environment.

Pros

Great Benefits, kind/fair work environment, lot's of opportunity for growth and an ever expanding company.

Cons

Every community can be different. I was lucky to land a job with a great team but that's not true of every individual property.

Pros

Dominium does seem to care about their long term employees and offers some fun classes and opportunities such as financial classes.

Cons

Expect it to take a long time for the hiring process. Also, after I was already hired but before, the position was downgraded. I also was hired for Monday through Friday knowing I might have to help out on some Saturdays, and it has turned into working every weekend without being able to have any say in it. I was also told, it would not take long to move up. After I started, I found out you have to be with the company at least 6 months.
