The chances of growth are higher than your average company. Great place to learn the basics Great entry level jobs

Cons

Lack of training for managers. Very poor work ethics Poor customer service. Unsecure resident information. Lawsuits waiting to happen. Most properties are "C" class or below. Terrible work culture

Pros

Personal Time Off was great as you were with the company longer periods of time

Cons

Everyone in upper management has the mentality of finger pointing. When you have employees that have been with the company over 20 years and they feel it is a better option to leave rather than deal with them there is an issue. It is easier to let a great, dedicated employee go rather than backing them up and being part of a team. It has been going downhill for the past five or so years, especially after taking on the Texas portfolio.

Pros

I get to do what I love to do. Fix things for people. And I get paid for it. Nice to get a little time off, too.

Cons

Dealing with people with entitlement attitudes can be difficult. Some people don't take care of their apartments. I mean really trash them. But I suppose that's job security.
