Over-worked with little help. In house duties when company’s budget is maxed out so you have to turn units yourself which includes: painting and cleaning.

Good for beginner experience, some really good people there.

Cons

Lack of communication from corporate. On site staff gets berated for their sketchy decisions. Profit above people all the way.
