      Pros

      Dominium as a whole is a very professional organization.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. Not much higher than minimum even if you start with experience. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you work for them but do not reciprocate fairly. I transferred from a market rate to a tax credit property in an unknown location to me and it turned out to be a high crime area and the turn over was amazing. I would have done more research had I know all the facts.

      Client contact, great local staff, pay was competitive

      Cons

      Upper management and sister properties were run unethically, you were told to follow the rules one minute then the rules don't count the next. Witnessed theft of company funds and assets and when reported it was reprimanded to mind my own business. Was the most stressful shady place I have ever worked

      Pros

      Good training is provided at Dominium University Online. Regional Managers are supportive check in regularly with the properties. Employees can self nominate for positions within the company

      Cons

      Far too many reports are required; it is impossible to fire someone for poor job performance; the senior partners seem out of touch with the reality of tax credit communities and the people who reside there
