I can say that I gave learned more in the accounting field in the last 6 months than in my entire 6 years of other accounting experience. Everyonr is willing to help to meet a common goal. Very understanding about family and work life balance.

Cons

We need a better central form of communication between departments. Many groups are duplicating efforts due to lack of knowledge or communication.

I started my Property Management career out with Dominum and I am so thankful. I wish I still worked there however sadly my property was sold. I would recommend Dominium as a company to work for. They strive for excellence, value there employees and residents.

Cons

No current openings in my area, pay could be more competitive.
