Pros

There are a lot of smart people throughout the organization that are great to work with. The company offers an abundance of happy hours and work events. They are a leader in the industry working on some very unique projects. Volunteer events were great for team building.

Cons

- Too often there was little to no guidance on projects - Low pay - Terrible benefits package - Expected to work 50-60 hours despite the pay and benefits - Frat house mentality at times - There is very much a sense of entitlement among members of the development department

Benefits are okay, health insurance is not great.

Cons

Corporate does not back their employees against scrupulous and demeaning Regional Managers. If they don't like you, they will get rid of top performing people to replace with their friends
