Pros

The best parts about being a delivery driver for dominos we're: - the amount of tips you could earn. At some points I would collect hundreds of pounds worth of change in my car before taking it to the bank. It was like having a little personal bonus when I needed it. - Working with a large and great bunch of nice people - If you like driving then this is a great job. I got to drive around a city I love, listening to my music and deliver pizza to people. It was a pretty chill job. - Getting free food. Every so often an order would go wrong and if the manager was feeling nice would let the staff share it

Cons

At times it could get quite stressful and you could get difficult customers. As well, unless you have a really good manager you never feel like you're more than just another employee to them.

Not an option for long-term employment

Pros

Flexible hours Tips (very variable, depending how busy and day of the week/time Can't think of anything else, but need 20 words minimum for this box. :)

Cons

Contrary to popular belief, no free anything. Staff has to pay for everything they eat/drink at subsidized prices, but still paying. It's a revolving door. Constant turnover of drivers, very competitive and not a great atmosphere of cooperation. New hires are not perceived as welcomed new members of the team but as competition for existing drivers. Less deliveries and less tips for themselves. No benefits of any kind whatsoever. Snappy panicky managers. No E.I. Time worked there goes down the drain and doesn't count. Lose your job and you're on your own. Too much corporate greed!
