Pros
Better py than the competition, they give people a fair few warnings before they are fired, opportunity to become a manager after a short time
Cons
the owners tried to fool you a bit. For instance i was working a 12 hour shift and they told me to take an hour break (not considered lunch) trying to act real nice. I found out later it was because if i didnt take it they would have to pay me more for the hours i worked due to my age. There is also no clear indication of what you are supposed to do each shift, your just expected to work on everything.
