Pros

Very fast track up the ladder, very flexible hours, friendly environment and you get to learn a good skill for life. Sometimes you can make life time friends too.

Cons

It's a fast paced job that sometimes gets very stressful and demanding, nevertheless the endless customer complaints about silly things like (you forgot to add an extra piece of pepperoni on my slice...)
