Catered lunches, good benefits, people are great to work with, the work is fun an interesting and ever changing

Cons

Vision / initiatives are changing often, no career paths in place, often titles are not quite industry standard, comp adjustments once your in are a struggle.

Pros

Really great people to work with. We have lots of groups that have fun during lunch, and really great professionals that care about helping each other grow and building a great product.

Cons

Management has occasionally made decisions that benefit themselves and shareholders at the expense of regular employees. While I dislike that this happens, it doesn't seem uncommon for companies of this size, it hasn't driven me to leave so far, and overall I remain quite happy and satisfied to continue working here.
