Wants to be considered “World Class”. However, as with anything else in life, you get what you pay for. There has been many bright young talented individuals who leave for better opportunities because the salary just doesn’t match the level of demand. A lot of brilliant employees have left for companies who value them. Not only with sentimentality but financially as well.
