Everyone is paid the same for that position regardless of work ethic. Almost all of the supervisors are awful, no consistency with plant policies, all supervisors choose favorites and treat everyone else bad. All supervisors have been at plant for 20 plots years and are burnt out waiting to retire so they just don’t want anyone to rock their boat even if the change is good, they just want to keep their favorites happy and leave the hard workers out to dry. Only reason why people stay long term is because of lag and benefits, just about everyone hates working there.
