No reward for hard work so no one tries. Company doesn’t see people just numbers and wonders why production keeps going down

Absolutely horrific management! The Calhoun, TN location is terribly managed. Expect to work 72-84 hours a week with multiple shift changes throughout the week. Absolutely zero work/life balance. Management does not listen to the employees. Morale is always extremely low throughout the mill. Management runs good workers into the ground. The scheduling is inhumane and they can't keep good workers because of how the mill manager runs this place. I can't say enough about how truly horrible it is here. One guy came back a week after having a heart attack and was scheduled 5 weeks straight. This is just one story of many.
