HR does not take complaints and issues seriously. The entire HR department does not abide by their own policies and are very unethical. Favoritism is how you get ahead in this company. The management does not care about their employees, just the bottom line. Quantity of product is more important than safety and quality. Very unfair treatment to any one positioned below upper management. Corporate turns a blind eye to what is really going on.

We used to have decent health insurance, but not anymore. Do not like the consumer driven health plan that has been forced on us. Our HR department is a joke. They never answer their phones, or email it seems. And in the past year our HR manager has hired two friends and a couple of nephews. They no longer seem to look at people already employed for promoting them to higher paying positions. It's discouraging for employees that have been there for years. And they never seem to follow through with things they say they are going to do. Top heavy in senior management. Some seem to rattle on with long winded speeches just to hear themselves talk.
