      Pros

      The team I worked with out of Cerritos was like a family. I loved the people I worked with for the 8 years I was there. I wanted to retire from this company. We had a lot of fun and had 2 fantastic Plant Managers over the course of my time there.

      Cons

      Loyalty to select employees/management over others. The door is not always open for communication with management. When help was requested on a major issue, the request was refused.

      good coworkers, good benefits, room for advancement

      rotating shifts, lack of understanding by senior management, lack of communication, feed you crap keep you in the dark

      There is a good standard benefits plan.

      Work environment is often very negative and even if management believes that collaboration is a key value, some groups don't understand this concept at all.
