Pros

Excellent Medical benefits, 401K matching

Cons

Senior management only cares about hitting numbers and protecting their bonuses and not the people doing the work. There is zero work-life balance; employees are expected to stay late, be on call, and sacrifice personal time with no appreciation in return. The new HR representative is consistently unavailable, unapproachable, and rude, making it impossible to get support when issues arise. It’s a complete contrast to the previous HR person, who genuinely cared about employees and made herself available across all shifts. The current culture has become toxic, morale is low, and burnout is high.

Pros

Job security and plenty of hours.

Cons

Pay is horrible for the amount of work you do and overtime they ask of you. No room to advance with pay raises being small. Bad management
