Friendly atmosphere, but poor management decisions just keeps causing issues

Pros

The atmosphere can be laid back. The company is small so everyone is tight knit.

Cons

Managements poor decisions, unfair wages, and too much overtime. Some of the management decisions are just scary and head scratching. As if they want us to fail? We work 10+hrs a day making up for it, some people are known to work over 12-13hr shifts every day (as many as 20!), and Saturdays have become a regular work day but with NO MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. As if our family time isn't as important as theirs.

The people actually doing the job was great abs provided some form of unification. The job itself was fulfilling.

Cons

The lack of integrity and selfish mentality of managers often led to misdirection and false accusations.
