Pros
Good stability for those who do well for the company. Projects are of large enough scale to provide plenty of challenge.
Cons
Doing more work outside of Kansas. Training process for new hire Estimators is not very well organized and follow through of upper management lacks at times. As such, you are left to figure out many things on your own.

Dondlinger Construction has been beautifying skylines since the companies creation in 1898.We believe in serving clients by providing extraordinary quality delivered on time and within budget.
Cons
I do not believe there are any cons to working at or with Dondlinger Construction. The primary scope of business is commercial but so many people in and around the Wichita, KS area are greatly affected by the beautifully crafted structures and jobs this company is involved with making.
