Pros
Donegal is a great place to work and the communication is excellent. The culture is excellent and they are always doing extra's, such as family summer picnics, to make sure everyone feels welcome in this hybrid/virtual world we live in. The income provided was very competitive and comes with a lot of extra perks that many other companies do not offer on top of great benefits!
Cons
There are not many downsides for working at Donegal. The insurance environment/inflation impact many factors that are out of Donegal's control.
