Struggle getting paid commissions, company also lied to retail sales associates about what they get paid, incompetant installation(constant customer frustrations), overall lack fairness to employees and customers, everyone is seen as an object to be taken advantage of, with their relationship to Costco it makes it very hard on the common worker, Costco has very strict standards and the company doesn't necessarily care about adhering to those standards, their only goal is to stop customers from complaining so they push people to the limit before they settle fairly
