if you want to be slave come and join. your opinion will not matter. the things will happen what Korean will say. The Korean never give opportunity to show your talent.

The Wok Culture is hell. The higher management is do not bother about Work Culture. They do not bother about your work-life-balance. If you want to be slave come and join. if you want to forget your family life come and join. if you want to kill your ability come and join. The Work culture is like jail is better than this Company. The Office Timing is 8:30 to 5:30, Someday you come by 8:35, you will have to half day leave, such kind work culture is there.
