Cross-cultural work environment, fast-paced, "can-do" attitude, working with Bobcat staff & products, decent compensation.

Cons

Lack of empowerment (almost every decision had to be approved by HQ staff in Seoul), some of the non-Korean leadership felt like "Token Westerners", "Analysis paralysis" due to low tolerance for risktaking

Great UK Management support and openness in communication. Great local team work even when under pressure.

Cons

A national approach to things not allowing for international exposures. A feeling of being continuously watched over the shoulders by our Korean colleagues. Do this and that our way.
