      Pros

      People centric. Muchcare to new joiners and junior managers. Try to implement more democratic-type decision making processes.

      Cons

      Now bad business is tearing down what the company has tried to build for years. Alienated strategy and execution. Old school people are getting recognition again.

      Doosan provides job security and employee friendly working environment. Very helping and decent colleagues , and lots of opportunities to learn in EPC.
