      management at site used there power to implement conflict of personalities and take a living away from good workers

      Pros

      After the way I was treated after 17 years of loyalty I can not find in me a Pro. and the health problems it caused both myself and spouse a severe relapse in my Wifes illness and deep depression for myself.

      Cons

      well there never were any perks, other than regular work until forced into being so bad in health with traveling 5 hours a day and full-time carer at home WHICH THE COMPANY WAS FULLY AWARE OFF.

      Pros

      Doosan is a westernized company, it's not a common practice for Korean company, but Doosan is an exceptional one. They are hiring a lot MBAs, operating as much as possile to be a western firm. Grow the company by M&As, JVs, leadership team are quite open and flexible. Compensation is fairly good.

      Cons

      communication with other department is not easy some time. Decision making process of top management is not quick.

      Pros

      Cross-cultural work environment, fast-paced, "can-do" attitude, working with Bobcat staff & products, decent compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of empowerment (almost every decision had to be approved by HQ staff in Seoul), some of the non-Korean leadership felt like "Token Westerners", "Analysis paralysis" due to low tolerance for risktaking
