      Pros

      Workforce is a small group but you have to be a member of their clique! Good money, but empty promises.

      Cons

      Management are employees from when Doosan was known by other names. Their mentality is the same as 20 years ago. With a new company, start fresh, no bad habits to break that way!

      At Doosan FCA, the pay was good and the lack of formal training allowed for lots of independence in the role.

      Cons

      Long hours if someone on the next shift called out. Lots of stress and pressure to push the units through test in a record time.
