Pros
Some great people and mostly positive corporate culture.
Cons
Increasingly requiring four-year degree for positions. HR too lazy to really look at applicants to determine if they have the necessary skills, experience and competencies to do the job, whether they have a degree or not. Most people involved with hiring hold a four-year degree, so they think everyone else should have one. Sad for so many ethic, military and experienced people don't make it through the narrow sighted gatekeepers.
