Being that its union some people just don't like working and others have to pick up the slack.

Pay was average. They did study roles and kept up with industry average

Cons

The higher the position, the higher the blame is on you if business isn't what it should be. Very poor engines. Doosan engines are the worst. Machine designs are rushed into production and have many issues.
